Use the NHS App to view your GP medical record, request repeat prescriptions, view test results and more. It is accessible on your mobile device or computer.

- register your organ donation decision – choose and check your registered decision.
- find out how the NHS uses your data – choose if data from your health records is shared for research and planning.
