Repeat prescriptions are medications your doctor would like you to take on a regular basis. Please do not order medication you do not need, and please allow up to two working days for medication to be issued.
How to request a Repeat Prescription
Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in several ways:
Online
Using the NHS App or Systm Online on a computer or mobile device. You can register for the NHS app by going to our online services page.
By email: [email protected].
Please note, the prescriptions email address is not suitable for requesting appointments or any other clinical queries. For this, please use the methods found on our appointments page.
In Person
Complete a prescription request form, or underline the items needed on your paper prescription and drop it into the surgery.
Post
If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied, your prescription can be returned to you via Royal Mail. Our postal address.
Maximum amount of medication
