Appointment System

We do now have appointments book up to 3 days, 1 week and 4 weeks in advance, as well as some telephone slots.

When asking for an appointment the receptionist will need to ask for an idea what you need (or are concerned about) in order to ensure we give you the best available option to meet your need.

We are trying to improve the appointment system to make it easier for you to book appointments and get continuity with your doctor/nurse/health car assistant.

How to Make an Appointment

We have appointments to book up to 3 days, 1 weeks, and 4 weeks in advance.

We also have some telephone appointments.

 

When you ask for an appointment the receptionist will need to ask for a brief idea what you need (or are concerned about) in order to ensure we give you the best available options to meet your needs.

 

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

Online: Patient can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance.

By Phone: Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 0208 846 6655

In Person: Patients can visit the surgery and book appointments with the receptionist.
